Now, what, you may ask IS the BBSP? Well, this clip basically explains it all:
In case you're still confused....
Bob Bryar is the drummer of the band My Chemical Romance, Gerard is the
lead singer.
Mr. Bryar certainly intended this comment to be a small joke that no one
would care about it, but one must learn to never ever underestimate the fans.
Realizing that Bob hadn't gotten the attention he deserved, they used this
as a way of spreading Bob love to the general public....and it worked! Enough
fans voted for the BBSP in the Kerrang! year end poll that it actually made
it to #3 in the "Best thing about 2006" category:

The whole thing started when a few loyal fans put together the BBSP Livejornal community, which quickly became very popular. That community can be found HERE!
The BBSP was recently featured in the April 07 issue of Big Cheese magazine,
with a mention to this site!

In the May 07 issue of AP, Bob was named Musician of the Month, and gave
a small interview, including a question about the BBSP:

Members of the community do things such as promote Bob love, make shirts/buttons/pins/other fun stuff, and find Bob after shows and ask him to sing more songs to add to his upcoming album. To my knowledge, no one has been successful yet, but we are trying!
